New TES® Training Webinars beginning in September

New TES® Training Webinars beginning in SeptemberIn addition to the two monthly basic TES webinars, six new webinars will be offered each month that focus on a particular topic or function. The webinar topics are:

  • Administrator Functions
    September 5, 1:00 – 2:00pm EDT or October 1, 2:00 – 3:00pm EDT
    This webinar is intended for users with TES Administrator Rights. Learn how to administer your TES account. Add users, set user rights, customize your public display, export equivalencies, view usage statistics, and more.
  • Evaluation Tracker
    September 10, 12:00 – 1:00pm EDT or October 10, 3:00 – 4:00pm EDT
    Learn how to route course descriptions and proposed equivalencies to faculty and staff for evaluation using the Evaluation Tracker workflow feature in TES. Track the approval process and add notes as needed. If desired, store the results as an equivalency.
  • TES Reports
    September 13, 2:00 – 3:00pm EDT or October 16, 12:00 – 1:00pm EDT
    Learn how to run the Course List Report, the Course Change Explorer, and the Equivalency Explorer Reports in TES.
  • User Added Courses
    September 14, 3:00 – 4:00pm EDT or October 18, 1:00 – 2:00pm EDT
    Learn how to create department prefixes and course numbers in TES that are not in your institution’s catalog to use for assigning elective or other credit for courses that transfer with no direct equivalent. User added courses can be used for labeling courses for specific general education areas or specific degree requirements.
  • Public View and Import/Export
    September 17, 1:00 – 2:00pm EDT or October 22, 2:00 – 3:00pm EDT
    Learn how to set up the TES Public View for your institution. The Public View displays your equivalencies on your website for all to view. A current or prospective student can create a list of equivalencies and print this list and/or email the list to themselves or an advisor on your campus. See examples of how some TES clients have set up their Public View.
  • Groups and Group Reports
    September 19, 12:00 – 1:00pm EDT or October 24, 1:00 – 2:00pm EDT
    Learn how to place equivalencies stored in TES into Groups and then use the groupings to create Group Reports. These reports can be used for Articulation Agreements, Transfer Guides, etc. and can be displayed in your Public View.
