It’s been a fantastic year with many users getting to better know the uAchieve degree audit and student planning system. It’s hard to believe we’re already winding down 2018! By the end of this year, we will have conducted uAchieve training for 102 individuals from 34 institutions through on-site campus visits, workshops at our Cincinnati office, and online tutorials. This is in addition to the 260+ individuals (from 121 institutions) who attended the 2018 CollegeSource Annual Conference, and the thousands who have attended webinars and referenced our product documentation and training guides for all CollegeSource products.
This year (for the first time) we offered our uAchieve Basic Encoding Workshop as a track during our Annual Conference. It was so well-attended that we are doing it again in 2019!

Are you interested in a Spring 2019 Intermediate Training?
We posted in Questions asking about interest in adding an Intermediate workshop in the Spring of 2019. We received a handful of responses, but we would need confirmation of a minimum of 10 attendees before we will add it to the schedule. Possible dates are March 19-22, March 26-29, April 2-5, or April 9-12. If you have interest in attending, please respond to the poll, send a direct email to ch****@co***********.com and indicate which dates you prefer.
Why train with us?
We could fill an entire article with the benefits of training, but our workshop attendees say it best. Comments from evaluations over the past year include:
“I wanted to send…a note to say thank you for the excellent Intermediate Encoding training. You both did a really great job teaching us, and in creating the training materials. I feel much more confident in my encoding after attending.”
“I’m still pretty new to encoding and the overall training was very helpful. The workshop guide will be a great resource once I’m back….Each day was packed with information and you did a great job at presenting it and not making it feel so overwhelming. Thank you!”
And don’t forget… training leads to Certification.
Congratulations to everyone who participated in some form of CollegeSource training in the past year—we love meeting you in person each time and hope to see new and old friends in 2019!
