A better, more unified support experience

Recent updates to uAchieve Support provide users with a streamlined platform for accessing help resources

At CollegeSource, we believe that providing great software means supporting it with great service—service that’s fast, consistent, and easy to access no matter what product you use. That’s why we recently made a significant change to how support works for uAchieve users, bringing their experience in line with what TES and Transferology users have long enjoyed.

What changed for uAchieve?

For many years, uAchieve users accessed support through a dedicated system called Issue Tracker. While it served its purpose well, it was time for an upgrade. Last month, we retired the Issue Tracker and moved uAchieve support into the same streamlined platform used for TES and Transferology: a centralized environment designed to simplify access to help, documentation, downloads, and more.

Because uAchieve is a platform-based system—often customized and hosted on campus—we needed a way to authenticate and verify users accessing support resources. That’s where the new CollegeSource Account comes in. By setting a password and logging in, users can now securely access the tools they need, for the products they use, just like before—but in a much more unified and modern experience.

TES and Transferology users haven’t needed to make any changes, as their SaaS-based environments already offer in-app and on-site access to support. However, a CollegeSource Account is required if Transferology users need to access technical documentation and downloads.

For uAchieve users, this shift has been a big (and positive) change—streamlining support channels, aligning systems, and making it easier than ever to get help.

A seamless transition

We know change can be challenging—especially when it alters long-standing workflows. That’s why we’re especially proud of how smoothly this transition went. We worked to test the process and notify users in advance, and we’ve seen a strong, successful adoption of the new support experience.
