Reports to: Director of Customer Success
Position purpose
As a member of CollegeSource, Inc. (CSI), a successful Implementation Specialist provides functional training, guidance, and support to new and current clients through support tickets, implementation/encoding products, and virtual and on-site training. Responsibilities include collaborating with other CSI teams for implementation/upgrades, new product development, and testing.

- Develop, document, and communicate requirements for the implementation and upgrade of uAchieve solutions.
- Work effectively with system users to understand their needs and translate those needs into processes and functions within various systems.
- Configure and test system functionality to ensure accuracy and alignment with documented requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues during implementation.
- Collaborate with training coordinator on content and deliver uAchieve training workshops, demos, and webinars virtually and in-person, as well as developing conference presentations.
- Active contributor to project teams and documentation committee.
- Develop use cases and support software testing.
- Review and answer support ticket requests from clients through HelpScout or Jira.
- Collaborate with CSI teams concerning new product development efforts, testing, and project work.
- Participate on work groups and company meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Quick to adjust to changing scenarios
- When presenting or training, it may be necessary to stand for long periods or walk a significant distance, dependent on site
- Travel up to 50% required
Education/experience
-
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Systems, or related major preferred
- 5+ years’ of detailed knowledge of uAchieve and Student Information System usage (including degree audit encoding, transfer articulation, and other uAchieve functionalities)
- Understanding of relational database usage, SQL, client-server concepts, and requirement management tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office
