CollegeSource Named a 2019 Top Workplace

We’re celebrating amazing news!
CollegeSource has been recognized as a 2019 Top Workplace by the San Diego Union-Tribune. The news media company has named 85 companies and organizations in San Diego as Top Workplaces for 2019. These companies have been recognized based solely on anonymous surveys completed by their employees in the region.
This November, CollegeSource was ranked 24 out of 51 award recipients in the size category of Small. The full list of 2019 Top Workplaces displays rankings for Small, Midsize, and Large business, based on number of employees. The CollegeSource, Inc. profile can be found on the Top Workplaces website, illustrating who we are as a company.

The Real Results

The employee survey, conducted by an outside vendor, allows CollegeSource to review feedback from all employees whether they’re at the offices in San Diego, CA; Cincinnati, OH; or remotely based. The anonymous feedback provided in these surveys is extremely helpful to leadership in providing a valuable gauge on what is being done right and what can be improved for employees. These are the real results that matter and help the company evolve to be the best it can be.
Some features of CollegeSource highlighted in the survey comments include a flexible work-life balance, opportunities of growth, sense of purpose and impact in Higher Ed, genuine support and care for customers, fun, family-like culture, and generous benefits package, among others.
