We are excited to announce that a new CollegeSource support website is on the way. Arriving later this fall, support.collegesource.com will be a launchpad to get answers to frequently asked questions, search product documentation, access how-to guides, register for webinars, see product release notes, submit a case, or simply contact us.
Support is always evolving
We see support as a communication channel. You get quick answers to your important questions. We are better able to serve you as we collect feedback from you and determine which support elements you use most. Our goal is simple: give customers the tools and resources they need, when they need it, in order to maximize the value of their purchase.
Even with the most intuitive and well designed products, there is a high possibility that some users may face problems. That is why support resources exist, and why we are always working to improving that experience.
- One launchpad for all products with a more cohesive user-experience
- Logical content structure, organized into “chunks” to enhance readability and create a more targeted help experience
- Search tools that get smarter over time to deliver the most helpful and relevant information
- Built-in analytics that will help us continually improve content
- Reduced barriers with no login required to access most content
- Ability to self-serve and provide feedback
- Greatly improved accessibility
How does this impact me?
You may be wondering, “Can I still contact support via email and telephone?” Of course! We will happily continue to respond to form submissions, emails, and phone calls. There are a lot of benefits to being a small company, one of those is that we are accessible to our clients. We provide various channels to resolve any issues you have as quickly as possible and in the format you find most efficient for your needs; this new website is one of those channels.
For TES and Transferology users: the TES documentation is available now (though it is undergoing a review for the release of TES 4.0 in October). Transferology documentation is being added and updated, and will be complete by September 15th. If you’re accustomed to retrieving documentation at clients.collegesource.com, it will remain available while we transition to the new site to give you time to adjust.
For uAchieve users: We are currently strategizing the best way to bring over content with minimal disruption. So, for the time being, we ask you to continue using clients.collegesource.com to access resources, since much of it is version-specific or complex technical and proprietary material that requires login credentials.
This is just the beginning!
The launch of this new website is just the beginning of an ongoing upgrade to our support resources. Changes to our webinar offerings and certifications will be coming soon. We will continue to add more content to the website, updating the styling and navigation along the way. If you have any article suggestions, please let us know by submitting an idea through our contact form.
We appreciate your patience as we transition to the new support center. Watch this news feed for further updates, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns, experience any issues, or simply wish to give us your feedback!
