TES Administrators can designate an email address to send a notification when a new equivalency is created through the Evaluation Tracker.
You might use this feature to alert a staff member to build the same equivalency in your SIS. The email can be sent to anyone, even if they do not have a TES account. The subject line of emails sent from TES are consistent, so you can create a folder and mail rule to organize emails regarding new equivalencies.
To add the email address, go to the Manage > Evaluation Workflow option in the main menu. You will see the message “Enter an email address below indicating where to send completed evaluation tasks.” Click Submit. That’s it!
