Virtual TES Basic Certification Courses
Join us online at our next TES Basic Certification course to learn how to get the most out of TES and become certified while you’re at it! This monthly intensive virtual workshop is held over two half-days with hands-on instruction and exercises to complete. Those who finish the course are awarded official TES Basic certification status.

Upcoming uAchieve training
Both self-paced and trainer-led workshops for uAchieve Degree Audit will take place through the end of the year, with in-depth training offered for various levels and topics. These workshops and training courses provide valuable experiences, including lectures, hands-on exercises, networking, certification opportunities, and more. As a bonus, the below training will apply toward the uAchieve Degree Audit and uAchieve Transfer Articulation certifications.

Self-Paced uAchieve Transfer Articulation Training
The Self-Paced uAchieve Transfer Articulation Training includes lessons and hands-on exercises developed to help you learn transfer articulation at your own pace. This workshop is aimed at the new transfer evaluator, the experienced evaluator new to uAchieve, or anyone who wants to learn more about the transfer articulation functionality in Self-Service.

uAchieve Intermediate Encoding Workshop in Cincinnati
Join us at the Cincinnati training facility for 3.5 days of intensive trainer-led lectures and hands-on exercises using uAchieve. This training will be most effective for encoders who have taken the uAchieve Basic Encoding Workshop, Self-Paced uAchieve Basic Encoding Training (formerly uAchieve Basics Online), have had basic encoding training conducted at their site by one of our Implementation Specialists, or have equivalent on-the-job experience. In addition to printed copies of the materials, two lunches, snacks, and beverages will also be provided.

Virtual uAchieve Basic Encoding Workshop
Enjoy the benefits of a basic encoding onsite workshop from the comfort of your home or office. This course has a multi-media, blended training approach that combines individual learning with lab-style, guided hands-on practice and trainers with real-world degree audit experience. The workshop is most effective for beginner encoders and is appropriate for any version of uAchieve or DARwin.

NEW: uAchieve Encoding Mentorship Program
The Encoding Mentorship Program was created to help staff at institutions understand the reasoning behind and learn to maintain inherited encoding. For 6 or 12 months, participants will be provided with a dedicated Functional Implementation Specialist for guidance. The program is not designed to replace training courses but to aid in understanding the existing encoding.
