Registration for the 2025 CollegeSource Annual Conference will open soon! Next summer’s conference will be a fusion of inspiration, innovation, and invaluable networking designed to help you “Level Up” your skills. Block off your calendar and plan to join us from Monday, June 16, to Thursday, June 19, 2025, in San Diego, California.
The conference will be held at the unique Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina, ideally situated in Mission Bay amidst the bayside marina, historic Belmont Park, Mission Beach boardwalk, and many other San Diego attractions. This stunning location provides the perfect backdrop for user training as we explore the latest trends, share best practices, and build connections that will expand your knowledge and help you maximize the benefits of TES, Transferology, and uAchieve.

Each year, we curate the agenda for the annual conference based on the feedback we receive from conference surveys and users throughout the year. If there is a topic you would like to see presented as a session or covered in-depth as a pre-conference workshop, let us know by filling out the form below. Topic suggestions can include anything from product features and functionality, high-level demonstrations, general transfer and academic progress topics, to topics related to what’s going on in the higher education industry.
