Enhancing planning, scheduling, and accessibility

uAchieve 5.2.3 will be released on March 10, 2026, and will be available to institutions running uAchieve hosted in the Cloud and on-premises. This maintenance release includes over 70 improvements to Planner and Schedule Builder, as well as improvements to uAchieve accessibility.

Highlights of uAchieve 5.2.3

New brand colors

To enhance the accessibility of uAchieve and continue to support our commitment to accessibility standards, uAchieve will be updated with new default colors. The prior coral color will be replaced with tea green, which meets WCAG AA compliance, and the new high-contrast color will be dark gray, which meets WCAG AAA compliance.

Institutions that use specific branding colors will not be impacted by this change.

uAchieve introduces refreshed brand colors designed to improve accessibility.

Catalog course titles in Planner

Catalog course titles will appear when selecting a course from a sub-requirement to add to a plan, enhancing the accuracy of a student’s plan for degree or program completion.

New configurations for Schedule Builder

New properties allow customization of error and registered course messages that display in Schedule Builder. These properties include error messaging in Preference Settings and the Registered Course Message that appears when a course is successfully pushed to the Student Information System (SIS) from Schedule Builder.

Additional improvements

Other features of the 5.2.3 release include:

  • Improvements to error messaging across Self-Service.
  • Additional support for the placement of sub-requirements within a plan.
  • Enhanced accessibility and security support throughout uAchieve.

Product updates

Detailed product updates will be available within the uAchieve Support Center on the day of the release.
