Transferology 1.9.6.5 is scheduled for release on December 3, 2024. This release will contain over 160 enhancements and improvements to Transferology and the Transferology Lab. In alignment with our commitment to WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance, 117 of these enhancements focused on greater accessibility within the applications. Please read below to see other notable highlights from the new release.
New in the Lab
Evaluation task email alerts
Users initiating evaluation tasks via Transferology Lab’s TES Mode will be able to notify TES evaluators of pending tasks by selecting the Send email alert? checkbox.
Tertiary color added to the State/System Template Editor
Users with the State Coordinator role will be able to change the border color for the Participating institutions map on the state/system landing page.
View Student Statistics
Programs viewed by students
Within the Program Info Views report in View Student Statistics, School Administrators can see the number of times students viewed the institution’s Program information. When hovering over Program Info Views for a selected month, users will see the name of the Programs and the number of times each was viewed, ordered by most to least viewed.
Number of accounts created from landing pages
Two new reports are being added to View Student Statistics:
-
- The Accounts Created from the Institution Landing Page report displays by month the number of accounts students created directly from the institution’s customized landing page.
- The Accounts Created from a State/System Landing Page report is only available to institutions participating in a state/system landing page. It displays by month the number of accounts that students created directly from a state/system landing page associated with the school.
