uAchieve 5.2.2 includes updates to Planner and accessibility improvements

uAchieve 5.2.2 will be released on December 16, 2025, and will be available to institutions running uAchieve in the Cloud and on-premises. This maintenance release includes over 140 updates to Planner and Self-Service functionality, and more than 50 improvements to accessibility.

Highlights

Course Catalog Index export

Institutions will be able to export courses from the Course Catalog Index into a CSV file. The export file will be created using selected filters and will include all applicable courses from the active index.

Enhanced logging in Planner

Action-specific logging will be implemented in Planner to track when a plan is created or updated by a student, improving the logging within the web application and server.

Grading options in Schedule Builder

When selecting courses for registration in Schedule Builder, a grading option can be chosen if a course has multiple options. The selected grading option will then be sent to the institution’s Student Information System (SIS) for final course registration.

Accessibility updates

Accessible names (text associated with an element such as a button or link) will be updated throughout uAchieve, providing clarity for users with assistive technology.

Additional Planner improvements

Other features of the 5.2.2 release include:

  • Improved support for plans with non-default terms (such as Summer).
  • Additional support for requirements that are unsatisfied when all sub-requirements are complete.
  • Improvements for co-requisite course placements within a plan.

Product updates

Detailed product updates will be available within the uAchieve Support Center on the day of the release. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact us.
