Join us for the upcoming Search Smarter, Find More: 3 Features to Facilitate Identifying Equivalencies webinar where you will learn valuable ways to enhance your search capabilities in TES. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 3:00 to 3:30 pm Eastern.
In this session, we will take an expanded look at the EQ Search feature within Course Finder. We will demonstrate how to locate potential equivalent courses in your catalog based on keywords taken from the transfer course title and how you can leverage our catalog tools to identify potential equivalency targets.
We will also explore the Optional Search feature within the Course Finder to show how you can narrow your search based on 1) a geographic location, 2) a country, or 3) course title, accreditation, and state.
Finally, we will explore two of the Equivalency Explorer options. Have you ever used the Course Code Match report to find potential equivalencies by course code? We will show the Course Code Match report, which provides a list of all the courses from a transfer catalog that have the same course codes as the courses in your catalog, and the Course Title Match report which helps identify matching course titles within your institution and a transfer institution’s catalog.
