A Dream Come True: uAchieve TES Mode
Deeper product integration is always a top request from our community. That is why we are excited to showcase this new functionality that empowers institutions using uAchieve to build articulation rules to more quickly and efficiently leverage data and evaluation workflows in TES. Better grab a seat early, this one should be well-attended.
Advanced Transfer Articulation Rules and Grades
While TES and Transferology are our most well-known and popular transfer solutions, uAchieve has a powerful transfer articulation (TA) module that can do much more than process degree audits. This session is one to bookmark for anyone interested in complex transfer scenarios.
Beyond the Degree Audit
We love hearing about the ways institutions like Virginia Tech are maximizing the functionality of our software. In this session, representatives from VT will share how they use uAchieve to enhance processes like major changes, creating advisor checklists, looking for minor matches, and automating error emails to encoders. Maximizing Our Use of TES to Aid in Consistent Application of Transfer Credit
The University of Arizona Global Campus has been focused on advancing equity for transfer students by strategically reviewing the tools and systems they use in the transfer process. Equity is a top priority for many institutions, so this presentation on the importance of clean data and a single equivalency database will interest many.
Smarter, Better, Faster, Stronger: Make Group Reports Work for You
Who doesn’t want to feel like a superhero at work? This session is about supercharging internal processes for managing articulation agreements and creating a user-friendly student experience. The team at California Baptist University, who are using these tools for on-the-spot acceptance and to streamline numerous transfer processes, will share their experiences and know-how. Transferology Users Panel – Ask Your Colleagues
Hearing directly from your peers is a huge part of why we travel to conferences and participate in professional development events. This “ask anything” format with representatives from California Baptist University, Cuyahoga Community College, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, and University of Wisconsin-La Crosse will surely be a great conversation filled with valuable insights.
T-Rex – PeopleSoft and Banner in Transferology
Interoperability is essential for product adoption. Functional users and students want to have a seamless experience when moving among the many toolsets available to them. This is why our products are SIS agnostic and can be utilized by all institutions. In this somewhat technical session, presenters will showcase the flexibility of the T-Rex data connector that brings equivalencies stored in PeopleSoft into Transferology.
uAchieve 5.0: Dreaming New Dreams with the Ultimate in Course Planning
Officially released on 3/23/23 for Cloud implementations, the latest version of uAchieve features a shiny new Planner. We call it revolutionary, because it not only automates the creating student plans based on their unique degree goals and attendance patterns, but it also validates against the degree audit. You will want to see it for yourself.
