The final agenda for the 2026 CollegeSource Annual Conference is live! It’s time to start mapping out your journey for June 22-25 in San Diego, CA. You can now browse this year’s complete schedule, filled with exciting opportunities for learning, networking, and fun, while enjoying a beautiful hotel overlooking Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean at Mission Beach.

Earn extra badges with pre-conference and certification sessions!

Start your conference journey strong by joining pre-conference sessions and certification tracks on Day 1. These intensive workshops, taking place on Monday, June 22, are designed to help you build mastery through hands-on learning across TES, Transferology, and uAchieve. Whether you’re advancing your expertise or working toward certification, these sessions are your chance to gain practical skills you can put to work right away.

To secure your spot, select a pre-conference or certification option during registration as an add-on to your General Conference Admission and set out on the trail prepared for success.

Single and all-day pre-conference sessions

  • Calculating Required Electives Using Reference (4 hours / AM & PM sessions – Lunch included)
  • Getting Started with the TES Evaluation Tracker Workflow (2.5 hours / AM session)
  • uAchieve Audit Processing: The Whole Shebang! (2 hours / AM session)
  • What Did They Do? Managing Inherited uAchieve Encoding (2 hours / PM session)

Pre-conference certification tracks

  • TES Administrator Certification (4 hours / AM and PM sessions – Lunch included)
  • Transferology Administrator Certification (2 hours / PM session)

The certification tracks begin on Monday and run throughout the conference week. Upon completion of the required sessions, those attending the TES and Transferology Administrator Certification tracks will earn certification by the end of the week, including a signed certificate.
