Call for proposals: Share your expertise during National Transfer Student Week 2025

Calling all transfer advocates to present at the Transfer Week Webinar Series

Are you passionate about student transfer and looking for an opportunity to share your insights with a wider audience? CollegeSource invites you to submit a proposal to present during our 8th annual Transfer Week Webinar Series, happening daily this October 20–24, 2025, in celebration of National Transfer Student Week.

Since 2018, our Transfer Week Webinar Series has brought together higher education professionals to participate in sessions on the latest campus initiatives, institutional strategies, and technology tools that support student mobility and success. Each year brings unique perspectives and takeaways—check out last year’s 2024 series to get a better idea of the topics covered. This free virtual event, open to the public, is designed to foster thoughtful and productive conversations around transfer—and we want you to be part of it!

If you’re already familiar with our Let’s Talk Transfer community discussion series, you’ll know we care deeply about transfer and are committed to building spaces for real, meaningful conversations. The Transfer Week Webinar Series offers a natural extension of that commitment—providing you with a platform to share your story, highlight your successes, and lead a session of your own.

What we’re looking for

Speaker criteria

CollegeSource is seeking engaging presentations from passionate transfer advocates who work in:

• • Transfer advising and student support
  • Enrollment management and admissions
  • Curriculum and academic policy
  • Registrar and records
  • Articulation and transfer systems
  • And anyone else who champions transfer

Topics and format

Sessions can cover various transfer topics; the goal is to encourage discussions on improving the transfer process by reducing barriers, leveraging advanced technology, improving procedures, helping students efficiently reach their academic and career goals, and more. We welcome a variety of formats, including panel discussions, case studies, how-to sessions, and thought leadership presentations. Whether you’re a seasoned presenter or new to public speaking, if you have a lesson learned, an insightful journey, or a useful strategy to share (and we’re sure you do!), we encourage you to submit.
