Upcoming enhancements for uAchieve
uAchieve 5.2.5 will be released on July 28, 2026, and will be available to institutions running uAchieve hosted in the Cloud and on-premises. Including over 25 improvements to Self-Service, Planner, and accessibility, this maintenance release continues to strengthen and enhance uAchieve.
Highlights of uAchieve 5.2.5
Conflicting course alert in Schedule Builder
When schedules fail to auto-generate in Schedule Builder due to failed preferences, the courses that caused the preferences to fail will display in the error messages. For example, if courses have conflicting meeting times, the error will note the specific courses that conflict.
New Exceptions Mode configuration in Self-Service
The new Hide Exception Mode for Audits with Planned Courses configuration allows institutions to determine when the Enter Exception Mode button is available. The default setting is False, which indicates that audits with planned courses will display the Enter Exception Mode button. When toggled to True, audits with planned courses will not display the Enter Exception Mode button.
Updates to audit status and graph styling
Institutions will be able to control the border color for all of the graph colors in the audit, and a new contrast checker will be available. These accessibility updates reflect CollegeSource’s commitment to ensuring that uAchieve is accessible to all users and to complying with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Additional improvements
Other features of the 5.2.5 release include:
- Improved support for home-to-home transfer articulation course conversions in Planner.
- Additional support for the placement of sub-requirements within a plan.
