Exciting changes to uAchieve support

uAchieve support is now streamlined with a new CollegeSource Account

CollegeSource is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer support. Our Customer Success team brings over 420 years of combined experience in higher education, and every member has worked in roles that reflect those of our user community. This firsthand knowledge allows us to offer expert, relevant support tailored to our clients’ real-world needs.

We’re excited to announce important updates to how uAchieve users access support and key product resources. As part of our continued efforts to enhance the user experience, we’ve launched the CollegeSource Account. This new centralized hub streamlines access to essential resources like uAchieve product documentation, downloads, and license keys.

uAchieve clients were notified of this change, and any institution currently involved in an active implementation or project has been contacted by their project manager. Hundreds of users have accessed the new websites and successfully submitted support requests through the new system.

What’s changing?

uAchieve support requests should now be submitted via email at ua**************@***********ce.com or through the Help button within our documentation and download sites.

Please note: Access to existing Issue Tracker tickets will remain available until May 15, 2025. Commenting on open tickets will be possible through April 25, 2025. Our team is available to assist with exporting issues.

Do I need a CollegeSource Account?

TES clients: No changes to your support processes.

Logo for Transferology

Transferology clients: No changes to your general support processes. Registration is required to access technical documentation and downloads – specifically, the Transferology Connector and external interfaces.
