Leap into Spring with uAchieve 5.2.4

New uAchieve improvements

uAchieve 5.2.4 will be released on May 19, 2026, and will be available to institutions running uAchieve hosted in the Cloud and on-premises. This maintenance release includes over 75 improvements to Self-Service, Planner, and Transcript Importer. Additionally, uAchieve 5.2.4 includes accessibility updates.

Highlights of uAchieve 5.2.4

Export functionality for Admin configurations

Institutions will be able to export configurations set in the Admin panel within Self-Service, enhancing the ability to troubleshoot. The exported file will not include year terms, audit templates, course messages, plan messages, or global configurations.

CSS files will be available for institutions to download from the Admin > Theme panel. This change eliminates the need to complete several steps to apply theming CSS changes between uAchieve environments.

Select modals with course suffix

A Select modal with a course list that is dependent on a course suffix (for example, when Writing Intensive is defined with a “W” at the end of a course code) will only display those matching courses when the modal is opened in Planner. Previously, all courses would display in the available course list, including those with course codes that did not contain the defined suffix.   

Improvement to Transcript Importer

Courses on an incoming transcript taken prior to the currently configured year terms in Self-Service will display the correct term when uploaded through Transcript Importer. Previously, if a course was taken prior to the current configured year terms, the course would display the correct year and the first term code defined, which could be inaccurate. 

Accessibility updates

• Data tables within the Schedule Builder Preferences sections will be formatted with table elements, such as captions, to better assist with the use of screen readers.  
• Title elements across Self-Service will be updated with a meaningful value to help define the purpose of a page within the application.  

Additional improvements 

Other features of the 5.2.4 release include:

• Additional support for the placement of sub-requirements within a plan.
• Enhanced security support throughout uAchieve.
