We are excited to announce that registration for our 2023 CollegeSource Annual Conference is now open! The conference will be held this June 25-28 at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort in San Diego, located on California’s unique peninsula-city of Coronado. There will be four days of rigorous training with plenty of networking opportunities and entertainment that you don’t want to miss. With breathtaking views of San Diego Bay in one direction and the Pacific Ocean in the other, you will leave reinvigorated as you bring new tips and ideas back to your campus.
This year’s new venue is the Loews Coronado Bay Resort.

Looking for a variety of session topics for varying skill levels? We’ve got it! Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to curate valuable sessions on our higher education solutions—TES, Transferology, and uAchieve—that are meaningful and productive for you. You will be able to choose from over 45 breakout sessions and interactive panels presented by product experts, as well as users who are willing to share their experiences. (Could that be you? Pre-conference sessions and certification opportunities
Maximize your conference experience by arriving early and signing up for a Pre-Conference session or track! These pre-conference sessions are 2-3 hours in length and are offered throughout the day on Sunday, June 25, and will include:

- Encoding for the Adjusting Elective (2-hour session)
- uAchieve Log Reading (2-hour session)
- TES Administrator Certification Track (Two 2-hour pre-conference sessions plus additional sessions throughout the conference)
- uAchieve Basic Encoding Boot Camp Track (Two 3-hour pre-conference sessions plus additional sessions throughout the conference)
In addition to in-depth uAchieve morning and afternoon 2-hour sessions, we will host two certification opportunity tracks this year: the popular TES Administrator Certification course and our first-ever uAchieve Basic Encoding Boot Camp. These tracks are each a full day of training during the Pre-Conference and have required sessions to attend throughout the rest of the conference week. You’ll get the best of both worlds; the intensive training of our onsite workshops, plus the ability to attend general sessions, networking events, and more at the conference.
Upon completion, participants of the TES Administrator Certification track will be certified at the end of the conference, and participants of the uAchieve Basic Encoding Boot Camp will have taken the first workshop requirement toward becoming a Certified uAchieve Degree Audit Encoder. As a bonus, those who complete the Basic Encoding Boot Camp will receive $300 off an upcoming uAchieve Intermediate Encoding Workshop to help complete their certification!
