Our upcoming conference will be held Monday, June 22 – Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina. We’re back at the Hyatt, which is situated on a marina in Mission Bay next to the historic Belmont Park, Mission Beach boardwalk, and many other San Diego attractions. This beautiful location is the perfect place to discover new ways to enhance your use of CollegeSource products while expanding your knowledge and network.

Now is the time to plan ahead
Registration opens in early December, and the call for presentation proposals opens in November. Discounts of 25-50% off the registration cost will be available again to those who present, so start thinking about your presentation proposals now! We are still finalizing the registration costs, but they will be similar to last year’s, ranging from $899 to $1199. Additionally, we were able to reduce the nightly hotel rate at the Hyatt to $249/night.

Each year, we curate the agenda for the annual conference based on the feedback we receive from conference surveys and users throughout the year. If there is a topic you would like to see presented as a session or covered in-depth as a pre-conference workshop, let us know by filling out the form below. Topic suggestions can include anything from product features and functionality, high-level demonstrations, general transfer and academic progress topics, to topics related to what’s going on in the higher education industry. Please share any and all ideas to ensure this upcoming conference is tailor-made for you.
