Held on Monday, June 22, our optional, in-depth pre-conference program includes feature-specific sessions and certification opportunities with guided learning experiences led by CollegeSource experts. These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to level up their skills before heading into the wider conference wilderness.

Have a story worth sharing around the campfire? The call for presentations is now open, inviting CollegeSource users to help shape the 2026 conference experience. Presenters play a vital role in the conference each year through sharing real-world insights, creative solutions, and lessons learned using CollegeSource products at their institutions. Whether you are showcasing a successful implementation, an innovative workflow, or a collaborative campus initiative, your experience can help others find their way.
Presenter discounts available
Presenters and co-presenters will receive a 50% discount on the registration cost, and panelists will receive a 25% discount on their registration costs. Unsure what to submit? We would love to learn more about how your campus uses CollegeSource products to help in the areas of student retention and recruitment, reporting, NCAA eligibility tracking, academic planning, advisor access and support, transfer evaluation/articulation processes and best practices, guided pathway framework, term conversions, graduate programs, graduation clearance, and fulfilling state policy mandates.
