The final agenda for the 2025 CollegeSource Annual Conference is live! It’s time to start mapping out your journey to “Level Up” your skills and experience this June 16-19 at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina in San Diego, CA. You can now browse this year’s complete schedule, filled with exciting opportunities for learning, networking, and fun while enjoying a beautiful hotel overlooking Mission Bay that is also a short distance from the Pacific Ocean at Mission Beach.

Agenda highlights

At the conference, you’ll get an inside look at the latest enhancements in TES, Transferology, uAchieve, and Higher Ed Policy Central, and gain access to in-depth sessions that will help you learn to use all four tools to the fullest extent. Sessions led by users

Unlock new achievements at the pre-conference

Add intensive sessions or a certification track!

Maximize your week by participating in pre-conference sessions and certification tracks on Day 1 of the 2025 CollegeSource Annual Conference. These intensive courses provide in-depth training on a variety of topics for TES, Transferology, and uAchieve. To sign up, select a pre-conference option during registration as an add-on to the General Conference Admission.

Single and all-day session intensives

  • uAchieve Degree Audit Encoding Primer (6 hours/Full day – Lunch included)
  • Getting Started with the TES Evaluation Tracker Workflow (2-hour morning session)
  • Advanced String Table Rules (3-hour afternoon session)

Certification track options

  • Transferology Administrator Certification (4 hours/Full day – Lunch included)
  • TES Administrator Certification (4 hours/Full day – Lunch included)

The certification tracks begin on Monday and run throughout the conference week. Upon completion of the required sessions, those attending the TES and Transferology Administrator Certification tracks will earn certification by the end of the week, including a signed certificate.

Advanced rate ends on April 30

Register before Wednesday, April 30, to secure the discounted pricing of $999 with the Advanced rate. Your registration includes daily breakfast and lunch, full access to all networking events and evening receptions, and priceless time connecting with CollegeSource staff and fellow professionals.
