Submit your nominations for the 2024 Sourcie Awards today!
We are seeking nominations for our 7th annual CollegeSource Best Practices Awards, also known as the Sourcies. These awards, presented at the CollegeSource Annual Conference each June, highlight excellence in academic planning, degree audit technology, and transfer credit evaluation through the use of CollegeSource products.
Last year, California Baptist University (CBU) was recognized for its Innovation in Advancing Student Success. Through the use of group reports in TES, the Transfer Evaluation System, CBU successfully recreated their general education and pre-nursing transfer guides. This transition from static PDFs on the student portal to the dynamic features of TES allowed CBU to maintain these guides and all institution equivalences simultaneously. Ultimately, this increased the efficiency of the university’s transfer practices and provided students with access to transfer information and resources across multiple platforms.
California State University, Fresno, Harding University, Ozarks Technical Community College, and Portland State University were also recognized as Outstanding Development Partners. Their invaluable feedback and collaboration during the version 5.0 development phase of the uAchieve Planner were instrumental in overcoming obstacles and ensuring the creation of the robust academic planning solution we have today.
2024 Best Practices Awards
Please help us celebrate the next round of recipients at this year’s CollegeSource Annual Conference. Individuals may nominate themselves or any other individual or institution who has demonstrated innovation, excellence, and dedication to advancing student success using TES, Transferology, or uAchieve.
Who is eligible?
Any college, university, or organization that is using one or more CollegeSource products and will be in attendance at the 2024 CollegeSource Annual Conference taking place in San Diego, CA, from June 17-20, to receive the award.
We will be accepting submissions now through Friday, May 17.

Be part of a Transferology panel at the Annual Conference
Are you a Transferology user who may be interested in participating in a panel discussion? We have two opportunities for you to become involved! We are looking for individuals to share their experience using course bundles in Transferology and how they use them on their campus. We are also looking for individuals who can share how they are using Transferology to promote their institution.
