Register by Tuesday, January 31, to receive the Early Bird rate of $899. Submit a presentation proposal for the conference to receive an additional discount. Accepted presenters will receive 50% off their registration, and panelists will each receive 25% off their registration. If you are unable to present at this year’s conference but have a topic you would like to see on the agenda, please let us know by submitting your session topic ideas.

Maintain or gain expert rank at the Pre-Conference
Get the most out of the annual conference by arriving early and attending a pre-conference session or track. The pre-conference sessions will take place on Monday, June 16, and are 2-6 hours long, with tracks including additional sessions throughout the week. This year’s pre-conference opportunities include:
- uAchieve Degree Audit Encoding Primer (6-hours/Full day)
- Getting Started with the TES Evaluation Tracker Workflow (2-hour Morning session)
- Advanced String Table Rules (3-hour Afternoon session)
- Transferology Administrator Certification (4-hours/Full day | Certification opportunity track)
- TES Administrator Certification (4-hours/Full day | Certification opportunity track)
Upon completion, participants of the TES and Transferology Administrator Certification tracks will be certified at the end of the conference. Additionally, lunch is included for those attending a ‘Full day’ option, as noted in the list above. Learn more about pre-conference opportunities.

Glory awaits! We are seeking nominations for our annual CollegeSource Best Practices Awards. (We call them the Sourcies!) The awards program was developed to recognize schools and organizations in our user community doing remarkable things with CollegeSource products. The awards are handed out each year, during our annual conference. Nominate your institution or any organization you know that is achieving notable successes for the staff and students of Higher Ed.
Who is eligible? Any college, university, or organization using one or more CollegeSource products.
