Registration for the 2024 CollegeSource Annual Conference is now open! Get ready for four days of rigorous training and networking opportunities on San Diego’s beautiful Mission Bay, just steps from Mission Beach. The conference will take place over four days and provide attendees access to 60+ sessions for varying skill levels, pre-conference intensive workshops, and certification opportunities for TES, Transferology, and uAchieve. Additionally, there will be networking, entertainment, and the ability to connect with CollegeSource staff as well as hundreds of fellow users from institutions of higher education across the country. All of this ensures you will leave reinvigorated with new tips and tricks to bring back to your campus.

Register by Wednesday, April 3 (*Now extended to April 17!*), to receive the Early Bird rate. Submit a presentation proposal for the conference to receive an additional discount. Accepted presenters will receive 50% off their registration, and panelists will each receive 25% off their registration. If you are unable to present at this year’s conference but have a topic you would like to see on the agenda, please let us know by submitting your session topic ideas.
Pre-conference sessions and certification opportunities
Get the most out of the annual conference by arriving early and attending a pre-conference session or track. The pre-conference sessions will take place on Monday, June 17, and are 2-3 hours long. This year’s pre-conference sessions and certification opportunities include:
- Enforcing Limits in uAchieve (2-hour session)
- Fully Utilizing uAchieve Transfer Articulation (2-hour session)
- TES Administrator Certification Track (Two 2-hour pre-conference sessions plus additional sessions throughout the conference)
- *NEW* Transferology Administrator Certification Track (Two 2-hour pre-conference sessions plus additional sessions throughout the conference)
- uAchieve Basic Encoding Boot Camp Track (Two 3-hour pre-conference sessions plus additional sessions throughout the conference and a wrap-up session on Thursday afternoon)
Upon completion, participants of the TES and Transferology Administrator Certification tracks will be certified at the end of the conference, and participants of the uAchieve Basic Encoding Boot Camp will have taken the first workshop requirement toward becoming a Certified uAchieve Degree Audit Encoder. As a bonus, those who complete the Basic Encoding Boot Camp will receive 25% off an upcoming uAchieve workshop to help them achieve their certification! You’ll get the best of both worlds: the intensive training of our onsite workshops, the ability to attend general sessions, networking events, and more at the conference. Learn more here.
Submit a “Sourcie” nomination
We are seeking nominations for our annual CollegeSource Best Practices Awards. (We call them the Sourcies!) The awards were created to recognize schools and organizations in our user community doing remarkable things with CollegeSource products. The awards are handed out each year, during our annual conference. Nominate your institution or any organization you know that is achieving notable successes for the staff and students of Higher Ed.
Who is eligible? Any college, university, or organization using one or more CollegeSource products.
We will be accepting Sourcie nominations through Friday, May 17, 2024.
