Pack your gear and gather your team — the 2026 CollegeSource Annual Conference is on the horizon!
Two important trail markers are fast approaching for the CollegeSource Annual Conference, so make sure you don’t miss them! Both the Early Bird rate and the presentation proposal deadline are next Friday, February 27. Register before then to receive the lowest registration rate of $899. Another way to keep the costs low is to submit a presentation idea for the opportunity to speak at this year’s conference. Not only is it an excellent way to share your knowledge and skills with your peers, but all presenters will receive 50% off the cost of their registrations, and panelists will receive 25% off!
Secure your Early Bird rate, submit your proposal, and join us for a conference experience rooted in collaboration, innovation, and shared purpose. This year’s camping-inspired theme reminds us that, in higher education, “when values lead, we find our way.” As higher education professionals, we navigate complex terrain every day, including policy updates, articulation challenges, student expectations, and evolving technology. At this year’s conference, we’ll come together to share the tools, strategies, and values that help us chart the right course.

Step onto the stage as a trailblazer
Have you used TES, Transferology, or uAchieve to forge a new path in transfer articulation? Built a more efficient evaluation workflow? Strengthened collaboration across campus? If so, we would love for you to present at this year’s conference.
We’re seeking engaging, practical sessions that illuminate the trail for others in the areas of student retention and recruitment, reporting, NCAA eligibility tracking, academic planning, advisor access and support, transfer evaluation/articulation processes and best practices, guided pathway framework, term conversions, graduate programs, graduation clearance, fulfilling state policy mandates, and more.
If your team has found a new way forward, we invite you to share your insights and help guide your peers. Remember, proposals are due by Friday, February 27, so make sure to submit yours soon!
