Helpful information to prepare for your conference trip
All sessions and activities for the 2024 CollegeSource Annual Conference will take place at the Bahia Resort Hotel, a beautiful hotel located on Mission Bay, just a short walk from the Pacific Ocean at Mission Beach.

$270/night, plus tax
Availability is limited, so please book early by calling the hotel and mentioning CollegeSource, or by using the below booking button.
The cut-off date for booking a room with the discounted rate is May 17, 2024.
Notice: We are not working, and have never worked, with a third party to book rooms for the conference. If you receive a call offering to book a room for you through our room block, do not give them your information. All reservations for the conference should be made through the below button or by calling the hotel directly at the above phone number and mentioning CollegeSource.

- Waived resort fee ($39/night) which includes:
- Use of cabanas, beach chairs and umbrellas at private beach (subject to availability)
- Access to shuffleboard and tennis courts, including equipment (subject to availability)
- Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public spaces (excluding meeting space) of up to 15Mbps of shared bandwidth (download and upload speed) per guest room (Higher bandwidth plans are available for purchase)
- Two in-room bottled waters per day
- Access to fitness center, Access to outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool
- Complimentary local and domestic long distance phone calls
- Premium coffee maker and tea available in each guest room

Cut-off date for discounted rate is 5:00pm PT on May 17, 2024, or until all rooms in the group block have been allocated.

Tax is not included. Added taxes will include a 10.5% city transient occupancy tax (“TOT”), 2% San Diego Tourism Marketing Assessment (“SDTMA”), and $0.81 California Tourism Assessment per room per night, and are subject to change without notice.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card where the expiration date is at least the departure date and has the ability to cover the cost of room and tax for 1 night. Reservations are subject to cancellation if card does not meet requirements.

Reservations must be changed or cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid charge of one nights room and tax.

From the airport
The hotel is located in Mission Beach at 998 West Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, CA, 92109. Depending on traffic, it is approximately 15-20 minutes away (6 miles) from the San Diego International Airport.
