Group rate for attendees:
$289/night, plus tax & $10/night resort fee

The cut-off date for the group rate is May 23, 2025.

Group rate benefits

  • Discounted rate is $289/night, valid Saturday, June 14, 2025, through Saturday, June 21, 2025 (based on availability).

  • Discounted self-parking rate of $30/night per vehicle

  • Discounted resort fee ($10/night), which includes:
    • Premium high-speed Wi-Fi
    • Filtered water or bottled water upon request
    • Kayak/paddleboard rental
    • Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available for use at beach

    • Domestic long-distance calls
    • Assorted board games and recreational games
    • Discounted tickets available for San Diego Zoo and SeaWorld (see front desk for details)

Booking policies

  • Cut-off date for discounted rate is May 23, 2025, or until all rooms in the group block have been allocated.

  • Tax is not included. Added taxes will include a 10.5% city transient occupancy tax (“TOT”), 2% San Diego Tourism Marketing Assessment (“SDTMA”), and .27% California Tourism Assessment per room per night, and are subject to change without notice.

  • A resort fee of $10/night, plus applicable taxes, will be added in addition to the $289/night, plus tax nightly room rate.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card where the expiration date is at least the departure date and has the ability to cover the cost of room and tax for 1 night. Reservations are subject to cancellation if card does not meet requirements.

  • Check-in: 4:00pm, Check-out: 11:00am

  • Hotel stay must be canceled by 11:59pm PT three days before arrival otherwise a cancellation fee of the cost of one night’s stay will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
