Payment

Payment is required in full within 30 days of registering.

• If you register for the in-person conference within 30 days of the start date, payment is due in full by June 22, 2023.

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay by check, select Other/Offline on the final screen of the registration process and follow the instructions below.

If sending a check:

Please include a copy of your registration. Checks should be made payable to CollegeSource, Inc. and mailed to:

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that is considered a receipt. Invoices may be requested by emailing Kristina Hosaka at [email protected].

Substitution policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person from your institution at no additional cost. Please send an email to [email protected] with the new registrant’s information, and we will transfer it for you. If no one at your institution can attend in your place, you may cancel your registration. See the cancellation policy below for more information.

Cancellation policy

Please note: No-show registrants are still responsible for all applicable registration and cancellation fees. We reserve the right to keep or charge 100% of the registration fees if the registrant does not show up to the conference or if the registration is canceled after the registration deadline of June 22, 2023.

Registrations may be canceled by sending a request via email to [email protected] or by modifying a registration. A full refund will be given if a registration is canceled by April 30, 2023. If a registration is canceled between May 1 and June 18, 2023, a $200 cancellation fee will be applied. Individual pre-conference session fees (this includes Using the uAchieve Log and Encoding for the Adjusting Elective) will receive a full refund if canceled by June 2, 2023. After that date, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.

Consent to use photographic images

By registering for the 2023 CollegeSource Annual Conference, you grant CollegeSource the right to use your image, video, or quotes for internal/external marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, social media, newsletters, promotional materials, and more.
