Payment

Payment is required in full within 30 days of registering. If you register for the conference within 30 days of the start date, payment is due in full by June 18, 2026.

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay by check, select the Check payment option on the final screen of the registration process and follow the instructions below.

If sending a check:

Please include a copy of your registration. Checks should be made payable to CollegeSource, Inc. and mailed to:

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your receipt. If you need an invoice, please log in to the conference registration site and select View Receipt/Invoice.

Substitution policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person from your institution at no additional cost. Please email ma*******@***********ce.com with the new registrant’s information, and we will transfer it for you. If no one at your institution can attend in your place, you may cancel your registration. Please see the cancellation policy below for more details.

Cancellation policy

No-show registrants are still responsible for all applicable registration and cancellation fees. We reserve the right to retain or charge 100% of the registration fees if the registrant fails to attend the conference or if the registration is canceled after the June 18, 2026, registration deadline.

Registrations may be canceled by sending a request via email to ma*******@***********ce.com. A full refund will be given if a registration is canceled by April 24, 2026. If a registration is canceled between April 25 and June 18, 2026, a $250 cancellation fee will be applied. Additionally, individual pre-conference session fees (including intensive sessions and tracks) will receive a full refund if canceled by May 29, 2026. After that date, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Please note that the $50 cancellation fee for the pre-conference session is in addition to the cancellation fee if both the registration and the pre-conference session are canceled.

Consent to use photographic images

By registering for the 2026 CollegeSource Annual Conference, you grant CollegeSource the right to use your image, video, or quotes for internal/external marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, social media, newsletters, promotional materials, and more.
